-
PLANNING 101
This one-hour workshop is an overview of important end-of-life planning decisions. Employees walk away with tactical recommendations on what to consider for their own end-of-life preparation, relevant at any age, as well as how to bring up these difficult topics with loved ones. This session helps normalize conversations around aging, dying, and death – a part of every employee’s life.
-
CORE SERIES
This four-part series leads employees through the completion of their own personal end-of-life paperwork. By the end of the series, participants will have finished their advance directive and organizational life file, as well as having engaged in thought-provoking conversations about their own legacy. In our final session, we facilitate an interactive discussion about navigating these topics with elderly loved ones and the challenges of caregiving.

SUPPLEMENTAL SESSIONS
These 45-minute small group sessions can be provided as a complement to either the Planning 101 or the Core Series. Workshops include: an overview of end-of-life care options in the US; facilitated group support for employees currently providing care for elderly loved ones; manager peer coaching for supporting team members who are caregiving.
